I am a Social Scientist with a passion for public health interventions that seek to empower grassroots populations. I hold a Masters’ Degree in Public Health (MPH) from College of Medicine (COM), now Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS).

I am experienced in several research positions from data collection to analysis. I believe that community involvement is central to maximizing the impact of any intervention, just as the approach itself. To this end, I have worked on numerous community- based projects that sought to explore factors affecting community participation in health programs. My most notable work was with mothers to neonates during the peak of COVID-19 (with NEST360) and a mapping exercise of people who inject with drugs in Malawi (with FHI360).

I am also a PhD Student in Global Health registered with Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM).
