Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) BSC in Nursing and Health Services Management, Diploma in Nursing, University Certificate in Midwifery (UCM)

Registered Nurse and midwife and expert in midwifery practice, education and health policy. Currently heading the midwifery department at Mulanje Mission College of Health Sciences and pursuing an online Master’s in health Professions Education Program with Kamuzu University of health Sciences.

Worked over 20 years to improve Nursing and midwifery Standards through research and development of standards and policies in Nursing and Midwifery.

Worked as a district Consultant for the United Nations Joint Program on Health Systems Strengthening, which was aiming at creating equitable health and nutrition outcomes.

Worked for Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi as Director Monitoring and Evaluation, Investigations and research and at the same time also worked as Acting Registrar for the same organization.

For over 12 years worked as Principal Nursing Officer (Hospital Matron) for Mulanje Mission Hospital.
